We typically reply within approximately two business days. Pricing, scope, deliverables, schedules, and any other commitments become binding only when set out in a separately executed written agreement, statement of work, task order, or contract signed by an authorized representative of NEGE and the customer.

Information presented in our service catalog — including hours, engineer counts, and descriptions — is illustrative and subject to confirmation during the quoting process.

5. Intellectual Property

The Site and all of its contents — including text, graphics, logos, images, the service catalog, page layouts, and the New Era Global Enterprises name and marks — are owned by NEGE or our licensors and are protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the Site for your personal, internal business, or government evaluation use.
